You’ve heard it all your life: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Some mornings, oatmeal from a packet or a piece of fruit just won’t cut it. Those days call for a big, bold, bacon-and-eggs-style breakfast that you can only get from an eatery that takes the morning meal seriously. Lucky for Tuscaloosa residents, there are plenty of local spots that serve just what you need to fortify your whole day.
